We also specialize in the import and export of premium laparoscopic scopes, endoscopy cameras, and electrosurgical units sourced from globally recognized brands. Customer satisfaction and product reliability are our top priorities.
Eligibility for Replacement or Refund
A replacement or refund request will be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or non-functional at the time of delivery
- The product delivered is incorrect or does not match the confirmed order specifications
- Manufacturing defects identified before first clinical use
To be eligible, the product must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.
Replacement Policy
- Replacement requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Upon verification and approval, a replacement product of the same model and specification will be dispatched
- If the exact product is unavailable, customers may opt for an equivalent product or a refund, subject to mutual agreement
- Replacement timelines may vary based on product availability and logistics location

Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable only when:
- Replacement is not feasible
- The product is found to be defective or incorrect after inspection
- The order is canceled before dispatch
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
For hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless defective:
- Used or clinically deployed instruments
- Customized, made-to-order, or special-specification products
- Consumables and disposable medical products
- Products damaged due to improper handling, misuse, or unauthorized repairs
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Imported & Exported Products
- Imported equipment such as endoscopy cameras, laparoscopic scopes, and electrosurgical units are subject to the original manufacturer’s warranty terms
- INCISION INSTRUMENT acts as a facilitator and does not cover damage caused during misuse, voltage fluctuations, or third-party servicing
- Export orders are governed by international trade terms and may not be eligible for return once shipped
Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method or bank transfer.
Inspection & Approval Process
All returned products undergo a technical inspection and quality assessment by our team. Approval for replacement or refund is strictly subject to inspection results and compliance with this policy.
Shipping & Handling Costs
- Replacement due to manufacturing defect or shipping error: borne by INCISION INSTRUMENT
- Returns due to customer preference or incorrect order placement: shipping charges borne by the customer
